Ten Rock Songs for Your Next Workout
A Cool Playlist
Ahhhhh... A good rock playlist with a mix between oldies and new songs. When a hard song is blaring, it blocks out all other thoughts. The only thing my mind has room for is pumping out the weights, and the song on my ipod. It's exactly what I need to tear some muscle fibers. Check out the rock songs below that're currently on my playlist.
1. Invicible by Adelitas Way. Good song. Really pumps you up. Who doesn't want to feel invincible? ![]()
2. Lacquer Head by Primus. Classic, weird Primus song. They're a mulit-use band for me: strength training and cardio. ![]()
3. The Sound of Madness by Shinedown. Great lyrics. Can suit any of your I'm-pissed-and-need-a-song-to-feel-better needs. ![]()
4. Walkie Talkie Man by Steriogram. Try memorizing those words. ![]()
5. Burn it to the Ground by Nickelback. Can't help but jam to this song in between sets. ![]()
6. Like a Stone by Audioslave. Great tune. Really digging Audioslave, lately. ![]()
7. Kryptonite by Three Doors Down. A classic that should be on anyone's playlist. ![]()
8. Spoonman by Soundgarden. Told ya I was feeling Audioslave - Soundgarden ish. Maybe it's just Chris Cornell? ![]()
9. Supersonic by Pearl Jam. It's actually a pretty good album- the whole thing. ![]()
10. New Divide by Linkin Park. Man, I really like their sound. Can't believe all that screaming comes from that man. Good stuff. ![]()
